 •    Wildlife, insects, and natural hazards    

 •    Weather-related conditions

The host, property owner, and property management are not responsible or liable for any injury, accident, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property occurring on or near the premises.

CHILD SAFETY DISCLOSURE

Due to unfenced river access, uneven natural terrain, and lack of child safety barriers, this property is NOT suitable for children. By booking this property, guests confirm they understand and accept this condition and agree that the host is not responsible for child-related injuries, accidents, or supervision. ⸻

For safety and property protection, one exterior security camera is installed and actively monitors outdoor areas only. There are NO indoor cameras or audio recording devices. Tampering with or disabling the security camera is strictly prohibited.
